Researchers can use a camera to take photos of materials.
The Archives' staff can also make copies of documents for research purposes under the following conditions:
- The requested materials are not restricted as stated in the donor agreement or under existing state and federal laws
- Documents are in good condition and digitization procedures will not damage the originals
- Formats and volume of request can be completed using available equipment and staff resources
In order to initiate copy and scan services, we will need a written request either by email, or by filling out a request form online, or by using a hard copy in the reading room.
Fees:
* Masters Thesis
$50 per book for a photocopy (hard copy) – this will be sent using the provided mailing address
$40 per book for a digital copy – this will be sent using the provided email address
* High Resolution Digital images
$15 for TIFF images (between 300 dpi and 600 dpi)
* PDF Scans
$0.25 cents per page
