Hunter students, staff, and faculty now use their Hunter ID/OneCard to pay for printing and copying services. Patrons from other CUNY schools and visitors must purchase a GUEST card ($1) from a Card Management Center (CMC) machine and then add money on it to print/copy. GUEST cards expire one year after purchase (even if there is a balance left on the card).

Manage your OneCard account at onecard.hunter.cuny.edu.
If you don't have a OneCard you must purchase a Guest Card from the OneCard machines, for $1 and then, as a separate transaction, add the needed monies to make your copies.
Add money to the OneCard, using cash at a Card Management Center (CMC) machine in increments of $1, $5, $10, and $20. There is no fee for cash transactions at the CMCs, but a convenience fee of 3% is charged for credit card transactions and a minimum of $20.00 using online OneCard page.
Read the OneCard Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ).
For questions or concerns, contact: David Donabedian, Head of Access Services, 212-772-4176.
Free printing and photocopying is available (up to 300 pages per semester) for undergraduates only at the Student Resource Center, Thomas Hunter Hall, Room 202. Hour (subject to change anytime): M-F, 8am-8pm, Saturday 10am-6pm. Each semester undergraduates have a balance of 300 pages (printing and photocopying combined) that are paid for with their Student ID card. This is not in anyway connected to the OneCard accounts that are used to pay for printing/photocopying in the library and elsewhere.
