Renewals

After familiarizing yourself with the instructions below, click here to renew your materials via the Web.

Select "My Circ Record" then type in your CUNY ID barcode number in the "Barcode" window. Type the same barcode number again in the "Password" window.

Click on the "Sign in" button

Select "Loans"

Click on the underlined item number to the left of the screen. Then click on "Renew".

If successful a new due date will appear . If you do not see a new due date your book has NOT been renewed. Please note: If you have overdue items or, if there is "a hold" on the item you wish to renew, you will not receive a new due date.
To protect your privacy, close the browser window upon completion.

• Books from CUNY libraries may be returned to the Hunter Libraries, but they CAN NOT be renewed at Hunter libraries.
• Overdue books, videos, music CD's, juvenile books, teacher's resources and reserve material CAN NOT be renewed.
• Books will NOT be renewed if there is a block on your record.

Local Patrons: Renewals
Members of the following groups can renew their books at the Circulation Desk: Hunter College Alumnus, Hunter High School students, Hunter College Now Students and Hunter College Friends of the Library Patrons.

• Books from CUNY libraries may be returned to the Hunter Libraries, but they CAN NOT be renewed at Hunter libraries.
• Overdue books, videos, music CD's, juvenile books, teacher's resources and reserve material CAN NOT be renewed.
• Books will NOT be renewed if there is a block on your record.
