Education Students & Faculty: Your Comments Wanted on a New Product
April 11th, 2011 by Hal Grossman
Hunter has trial access to an online product called Education in Video which its publisher says is “the first online collection of streaming video developed specifically for training and developing teachers.” We in the library want to know what you think of this product. If you teach pre-K through 12, or used to teach, or hope to teach, your perspective can be invaluable.
You can access Education in Video at:
http://ediv.alexanderstreet.com
Access is available from on-campus only. Our trial account will expire on May 30, 2011.
Please post your comments here.

Time is spent reviewing your product. On the web, people are reumnerated for the their time spent assessing products/services!!! Please offer an incentive for people to spend time assessing YOUR products.

V. Gluck, I wish we could! But the library’s budget is already strained in trying to meet the basic information needs of our students and faculty. I guess the incentive would be that this product might help improve teacher education here at Hunter, which benefits all of us.

And sometimes people are willing to help out in order to better our local educational systems – at no charge. Just sayin.
