I am pleased to announce that EndNote version X3 for Windows XP and Vista is now available for download from the Hunter Libraries web page. 

Just click EndNote on the home page (under Specialized Services) http://library.wexler.hunter.cuny.edu/ or click

http://library.wexler.hunter.cuny.edu/endnote.htm  to reach the EndNote main page.  You will see the link to download X3

Earlier versions of EndNote are available for Macs and can be downloaded from the same page.
