Research Workshops for Graduate Students from the Library – October 2010

The Hunter College Libraries are offering several research workshops for graduate students coming up in October. Please read the brief descriptions for each workshop prior to registering. We are offering workshops at a variety of times, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate busy schedules.

All workshops are held in the library, in either room 114 or room 609 – check your workshop for details.

Intro to Research – Monday, October 4:  5-6:30, Room 114

  • For new graduate students, this workshop will cover the basics of graduate-level research at Hunter College

Research in Literature – Wednesday, October 6:  12-1:30, Room 609

  • For graduate students in Literature and related disciplines

Research in Education – Saturday, October 9:  1-2, Room 114

  • For graduate students in Education and related disciplines

Intro to Research – Saturday, October 16:  1-2, Room 609

  • For new graduate students, this workshop will cover the basics of graduate-level research at Hunter College

Research in the Sciences – Wednesday, October 27:  1-2, Room  114

  • For graduate students in the Sciences
