It’s Spring break–and time to start your research paper…

It’s time to start on your paper…and you’ve got an idea for a topic.  Where do you go next?  How do you know which database(s) to use?

If you can’t get to the reference desk, we recommend our research guides. Guides are organized by subject, and recommend useful books, e-books, journals, databases, and websites in your subject area.

If the library is closed (or you’re feeling shy), you can also email or chat with a reference librarian.

Finally, we love to meet Hunter students and are happy to help with papers.  Stop by the reference desk at any of the Hunter College libraries.   Or, make an appointment for a research consultation with the library faculty member who is a subject specialist in your field.
