HC Libraries Welcome Hannah Alcasid to Our Staff

The Hunter College Libraries are pleased to welcome Hannah Alcasid as our new Evening/Sunday Supervisor and Copyright Assistant at the main library. Ms. Alcasid comes to us from the New School in New York City, where she has worked for several years and filled a variety of positions, including that of clerk for circulation, reserve, and serials, senior serials clerk, and finally Electronic Reserves Supervisor. She has also worked at the Marion County Public Library in Indianapolis, and brings to the position a wealth of practical experience in library work. She holds a BA in the Liberal Arts from the Eugene Lange College of the New School, and has also studied at the Parsons School of Design and at Trinity College in Quezon City, Manila, Philippines.
