Ch-ch-changes…
June 2nd, 2010 by Sarah Laleman Ward
You may have noticed something different around here. That’s right – the Hunter College Libraries now have a brand-new-and-improved website!
You may recognize the work of your fellow students in the photographs that now grace our header – they are the winners of the photo contest we held last year. The contest winners were: First place – Lulu Dong; Second place - Rebecca Kish; Third place – Vedesh Persaud.
We hope you like the new site. It is the result of a lot of collaborative work between many individuals, and as with many new things it is a work in progress.
Hopefully, you will find it easier to search for and find the things you need on our new site. And we’d like to know if you run across any problems, if you have suggestions for improvements, or if you want to tell us something you like about it. You can send your feedback to our Web Librarian, Danielle, who I would like to thank for all her hard work on the new site. I’m sure she’d like to hear from you too.
Happy searching!

looks much better! I would still make the button to search for books easier to find and more obvious… I would think people use this site most for searching for materials… at least the silly blog link is no longer the center of attention on the library homepage…
